Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and visionary Senior .NET Developer to join our innovative engineering team. In this role, you will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of highly available, cloud-native microservices and intelligent systems. You will play a pivotal role in evolving our software platform using modern system design, distributed architectures, and AI agentic workflows. Working alongside cross-functional teams, you will champion cloud best practices and drive the future of our tech ecosystem. Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesAWS Cloud-Native & Microservices Architecture: Architect, build, and run resilient, scalable distributed microservices using .NET / ASP.NET Core hosted on AWS (ECS, EKS, AWS Lambda, API Gateway).Modern System Design: Drive system design decisions covering RESTful APIs, gRPC, distributed caching (Redis), and event-driven messaging using AWS services (Amazon SQS, SNS, EventBridge) or Apache Kafka.AI-Native Software Engineering: Embed AI-assisted workflows across the entire SDLC—leveraging modern AI developer tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, ChatGPT) for architectural validation, automated code generation, refactoring, unit test generation, and deep debugging.Database & Data Architecture: Own relational and NoSQL database strategies, ensuring performance and scalability across cloud stores (e.g., PostgreSQL, Amazon Aurora, Amazon DynamoDB).Technical Leadership & Governance: Establish design standards, conduct code reviews, enforce software quality, and mentor engineering team members on modern .NET design patterns and AI-native workflows.System Observability & Reliability: Maintain visibility into system health using observability tools (OpenTelemetry, AWS CloudWatch, Datadog) to ensure high availability and proactive fault resolution. Core Technical Requirements5+ years of full-time professional experience in software engineering with deep expertise in C# and .NET Core.Microservices & System Design: Strong track record designing and running distributed systems, cloud-scale microservices, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and event-driven architectures.AWS Cloud Platform: Hands-on experience with native AWS services (EC2, ECS/EKS, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, IAM).Containers & Orchestration: Strong practical experience with Docker and container management via Kubernetes (EKS) or Amazon ECS.AI-Native Software Engineering (Must-Have):Proven ability to work as an AI-native engineer, deeply integrating AI reasoning and coding workflows into day-to-day software development.Expert-level understanding of how to audit, verify, test, and take complete technical ownership of AI-generated code and system architectures.Data & Messaging: Hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Amazon Aurora) alongside NoSQL/Cache stores (DynamoDB, Redis) and messaging platforms (Amazon SQS/SNS, Kafka). Additional / Good-to-Have RequirementsDevOps & CI/CD Pipelines: Experience setting up or maintaining continuous integration and deployment pipelines (GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK).Experience with serverless architectures on AWS.Experience mentoring mid and junior-level developers on AI-assisted coding practices and software design principles.Mindset & Soft SkillsStrong technical leadership and ownership mindset, with the ability to solve ambiguous problems independently.Excellent communication skills for articulating system design trade-offs and engineering standards to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
