About The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Developer (m/w/d) to join our dynamic team at SV Technologie GmbH & Co. KG. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and continuously enhancing our large-scale digital platforms, which serve millions of users daily. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the technical excellence, performance, and scalability of our websites, especially during high traffic peaks. You will work closely with product owners, UX/UI designers, backend developers, and DevOps teams to create seamless, high-performing web applications. Your expertise will help optimize load times, improve user experience, and enhance Core Web Vitals, ensuring our digital offerings remain at the forefront of technological innovation. Additionally, you will be involved in architectural decisions, code reviews, and establishing best practices to foster a robust development environment. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of professional experience as a Frontend Developer, with a proven track record of managing large, high-traffic websites or platforms such as news portals, e-commerce solutions, or extensive online communities. Expertise in modern frontend frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular is essential, alongside strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Experience working with cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure, is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of performance optimization techniques, including Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse audits, and rendering performance improvements. Familiarity with version control systems like Git, collaborative development workflows, and CI/CD pipelines is required. Additional skills in server-side rendering, observability tools such as Grafana, CDN management, technical SEO, containerization with Docker or Kubernetes, and accessibility standards will be considered advantageous. Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include developing and iteratively improving modern frontend applications for high-traffic digital platforms. You will ensure that websites meet the highest standards of performance, stability, and user experience, especially under demanding conditions.
