Senior DevOps Engineer

PT Bank Multiarta Sentosa Tbk (Bank MAS) is looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to strengthen our infrastructure team and ensure reliable, secure, and scalable production environments. ➕ Key Responsibilities : Manage and develop Kubernetes/EKS infrastructure to ensure reliability and scalability.Manage AWS Cloud Infrastructure and Cloud Networking, including connectivity, routing, and security.Improve application and platform reliability, security, and performance.Develop automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), monitoring, and observability solutions.Handle critical incidents, disaster recovery, infrastructure improvements, and provide technical guidance to the team. ➕ Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps/Cloud Infrastructure, with experience managing large-scale production environments.Strong experience with Kubernetes/EKS, AWS, Terraform/IaC, CI/CD, Docker, Monitoring & Observability, and ArgoCD.Good understanding of Cloud Security, IAM, High Availability, Scalability, Capacity Planning, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity.Strong scripting skills using Python and/or Bash, with experience in production troubleshooting and performance optimization.Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, incident handling, root cause analysis, and decision-making skills.Experience working with mission-critical production infrastructure, preferably in banking, fintech, or other high-availability environments.Experience in cloud migration, DevSecOps, infrastructure modernization, cost optimization, and disaster recovery is a plus.
