About The Role We are seeking a talented and passionate Frontend Developer with a specialization in WordPress to join our team in full-time capacity at our location in Viersen. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining responsive, high-quality websites for our diverse client portfolio. Working within agile teams that emphasize flat hierarchies and creative freedom, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to exciting projects. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and implementing complete website templates, ensuring the technical and visual quality of websites, and providing direct support to existing clients when needed. This role offers a unique chance to work on mid to large-scale projects, often exceeding 500 hours, allowing you to showcase your technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for WordPress development, with a preference for custom solutions over generic templates. You should possess excellent coding skills in HTML, SCSS, JavaScript, and PHP, demonstrating a commitment to high-quality, maintainable code. Experience with Docker and Git is essential, as well as familiarity with Bootstrap and Symfony frameworks. First-hand experience with responsive design and a good understanding of technical quality assurance are required. You should be a team player with a goal-oriented mindset, capable of working independently or collaboratively on complex projects. A proactive attitude towards learning and development is highly valued, along with a genuine enthusiasm for web development and digital innovation.
