UI Lead/Developer

We are looking for an experienced UI Lead / Developer to drive end-to-end delivery of UI solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, Tech Leads, development teams, SMEs, and offshore teams. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of UI development initiatives.Work with Tech Leads and business stakeholders on requirements, FSDs, interface documents, reviews, and sign-offs.Participate in requirement discussions, workshops, and solution reviews.Liaise with offshore teams and SMEs throughout project delivery.Collaborate with development teams on UI ideas, application design, and implementation.Support internal/external consultants across consulting, workshops, and delivery engagements.Mentor, guide, and coach junior developers/consultants.Develop prototypes and hands-on UI solutions for interactive web and mobile applications.Proactively address issues related to code quality, security, frameworks, and development standards. Required Skills & Experience 9+ years of experience in UI design and development.Experience leading, guiding, and coaching a small development team.Strong expertise in ReactJS, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.Experience with JavaScript unit testing frameworks.Hands-on experience creating Node.js APIs for front-end integration.Experience creating API definitions using Swagger/OpenAPI.Knowledge of Node.js modules, including file systems and related utilities.Strong experience developing responsive, interactive web/mobile applications and modern SPA solutions using ReactJS.Full lifecycle development experience with JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and Python.Good knowledge of Git and JavaScript package managers such as npm.Ability to translate visual/interactive designs into high-quality presentation-layer solutions.Strong understanding of coding standards, software quality, security, and best practices.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Mandatory: Banking/Financial Services project experience.
