Full-Stack Engineer - (Remote Friendly)

## About the Job Career TEAM is seeking a **Full-Stack Engineer** to join a newly forming team working on its Career EDGE platform and enterprise software products serving a diverse population across the United States. This role provides an opportunity to work across the full technology stack, build and deploy software, explore generative AI technologies, and contribute to the development of scalable digital solutions. The position involves regular coding, testing, reviewing, and deployment activities within an Agile/Scrum environment. ## Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, test, review, and deploy full-stack web applications. * Build software using technologies including **MongoDB, Next.js, Nest.js, Node.js, PHP, and MySQL**. * Contribute to enterprise products and digital platforms serving users across the United States. * Participate in regular Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with team members on development activities. * Develop solutions designed for speed, scalability, and reliability. * Work with middleware, open-source technologies, and development tools. * Contribute to the team's evolving technology landscape, including generative AI initiatives. * Collaborate with team members to solve complex technical and business challenges. * Continuously learn and contribute to innovation across the software development environment. ## Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in **Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering**, or a related field. * **2+ years of experience** developing core web applications across both front-end and back-end technologies. * Working experience with **MySQL and MongoDB** is strongly preferred. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Effective communication and collaboration skills. * Experience or exposure to development and collaboration tools such as: * VS Code * Postman * Jira * GitHub * Terraform * Jenkins * Docker * Exposure to developing end-to-end systems optimized for speed and scalability. * Exposure to cloud-based platforms and scalable solutions using DevOps practices. * Experience with middleware and open-source tools and technologies. * Experience working across multiple operating systems, including **Linux and Windows**. ## Technical Skills * Next.js * Nest.js * Node.js * PHP * MySQL * MongoDB * JavaScript/Web Development * REST/API Development * Docker * Terraform * Jenkins * GitHub * Postman * Jira * Cloud Platforms * DevOps * Middleware * Generative AI ## Work Environment * Remote-friendly work arrangement. * **Night shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM PHT**. * The listing identifies **Manila, Cebu, and Davao** as work locations in addition to remote work. * Full-time position with a minimum schedule of 30 hours per week. ## Compensation & Benefits * Pay range of **PHP 30,000–90,000**. * Opportunity to work with modern technologies and enterprise software products. * Career development opportunities within a growing technology team. ## Equal Opportunity Career TEAM is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
