We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our distributed engineering team and play a key role in building the payment solutions of the future. You will work on our .NET microservices backend — primarily hosted in Azure, with Corniche as our API-driven core banking system at its heart — collaborating with engineers across Borås, Stockholm, Gdansk, Málaga, and the Czech Republic. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will contribute to technical direction, share knowledge across the team, and help shape our platform and engineering culture. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of microservices and their architecture using .NET CoreDrive cloud-based solution design, ensuring robust, scalable, and reliable services on Azure Cloud NativeOversee CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows using Kubernetes, Docker, and Azure PipelinesOptimize systems and applications for high performance, reliability, and maintainabilityImplement and improve logging and observability using OpenTelemetryShare knowledge and support developers of varying seniority, contributing to technical and architectural discussionsCollaborate across distributed teams and ensure alignment on technical strategy and best practices What We're Looking For 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, and AzureProven experience with transaction-intensive systems and agile development processesDeep understanding of microservices architecture and distributed system designA collaborative, team-first mindset with a passion for engineering qualityFluent in English and SwedishExperience in e-commerce, payments, or finance is a plus, as well as familiarity with systems like Corniche or Mambu What We Offer A hands-on technical role with real impact on platform architecture and directionThe opportunity to work on a modern, unified payment platform serving 14 European marketsA collaborative, distributed team with a strong engineering cultureGrowth opportunities both technically and professionally
