Lead Software Engineer | Stealth AI Start-up | Munich (On-site) I’m working with a VC-backed, rapidly scaling AI start-up operating at the intersection of AI, robotics and real-world data. They’re building cutting-edge technology in a highly technical, fast-moving environment and are now looking to add a Lead Software Engineer to the team. You’ll be around 80% hands-on, building and operating the backend services and tooling supporting AI/ML development, as well as software infrastructure connected to their robotics operations. Alongside the technical work, you’ll provide technical direction and support the wider engineering team, with some people management responsibility. The stack includes Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes and GCP, with exposure to ML models, distributed systems, REST APIs and CI/CD.
