Senior Python Developer

Role Description We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Python Developer to help build and maintain both internal and client-facing software solutions. You’ll play a key role in designing scalable architectures, integrating databases, building APIs, and supporting our broader digital transformation efforts. You'll contribute to projects in business consulting, AI-agentic applications, and business process automation. Requirements: • 2–5 years of professional experience in backend development or a similar role; • Proficiency in Python (FastAPI / Django); • Proficiency in a secondary language (e.g., Java, C#/.NET) is a plus; • Proficiency in working with databases, e.g. PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.; • Experience building and securing APIs (OAuth2, JWT, etc.); • Understanding of software architecture and SOLID principles; • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes; • Experience with cloud providers, e.g. AWS; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Nice to Have: • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices; • Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection standards; • Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (React, Vue.js) is a plus.
