JOB TITLE: DevOps Engineer | Junior / Senior / Principal Location: Dallas, TX. Duration: Full time. We are looking for DevOps Engineers across Junior, Senior, and Principal levels to support and lead cloud infrastructure, delivery automation, platform reliability, and modernization initiatives for financial services clients. Open Levels Junior DevOps Engineer: 1–3 years of experienceSenior DevOps Engineer: 4–9 years of experiencePrincipal DevOps Engineer: 10+ years of experienceKey Responsibilities Build, automate, and support scalable and secure cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure.Work with Kubernetes, containers, and cloud-native platforms.Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and tools such as ARM, CloudFormation (CFT), CDK, and Chef.Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Artifactory, and related deployment tools.Automate infrastructure and operational activities using Python and Shell scripting.Implement monitoring, logging, and observability using Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and Splunk.Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, networking, Linux, and production platform issues.Apply cloud security, automation, testing, and engineering best practices.Collaborate with engineering, product, testing, operations, and business stakeholders.Key Skills AWS and/or AzureKubernetes & ContainersTerraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC)Python / Shell ScriptingCI/CD, Jenkins & ArtifactoryLinux & NetworkingMonitoring, Logging & ObservabilityDatadog, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry and/or SplunkCloud-native and serverless technologiesLevel Expectations Junior | 1–3 Years Foundational experience with cloud, Kubernetes/containers, Terraform/IaC, scripting, CI/CD, Linux, and monitoring. Will contribute to automation, deployments, monitoring, and platform support under guidance. Senior | 4–9 Years Strong hands-on DevOps experience with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, scripting, and observability. Expected to independently own workstreams from design through deployment and production support, troubleshoot complex platform issues, and mentor junior engineers. Principal | 10+ Years Deep DevOps and cloud engineering expertise with proven experience in platform architecture, cloud modernization, technical leadership, and engineering governance. Expected to define technical roadmaps and reusable standards, lead cross-team technical decisions, mentor engineering leaders, and work closely with senior business and technical stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Relevant experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, or Delivery Automation based on the applicable level.Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%.
