We make handmade glasses that carry Armenia's mountains - Ararat, Aragats and Khustup - in 3D relief inside the glass; pour, and the mountain comes alive. Founded at the end of 2024, we now ship worldwide from four hubs (Yerevan, Europe, the US and Canada), sell through gagatglass.com, Amazon and Etsy, and have been featured in The Armenian Weekly. Our customers are Armenians at home and across the diaspora, and increasingly people with no Armenian connection who simply like a well-made object with a story. We're a premium brand: minimal, modern, elegant. Every detail of the store has to look and feel like that. 1% of every order goes to organisations protecting Armenia's mountains, and a growing part of our work is bringing the brand - and the standard of design and gifting - back to Armenia. The project Our Shopify store currently runs on a standard Shopify Theme and we would like to move it to Impact or Stretch and, in the same pass, implementing a list of conversion improvements from a professional CRO audit. We want one person to own this end to end - build, integrations, translations, testing, handover. Scope of work Theme migration (Dawn→ Impact/Stretch/Similar) on an unpublished theme: header and mega menu, homepage, product pages (gallery, buy box, sticky add-to-cart, cross-sells, FAQ, trust elements), collection pages, About, Impact page, Collectors Club page (Custom Liquid embed), footer, announcement bar.Conversion fixes from the audit — you'll receive the full list; we'll agree together which items are in scope.Integrations, re-wired and tested on the new theme: Klaviyo (app embed, popup, embedded forms, onsite tracking, back-in-stock button), Judge.me (widgets, review request settings), Shopify Bundles, upsell/cross-sell app, Translate & Adapt, Shopify Markets (multi-currency).Armenian translations: Shopify carries most existing strings over, but Impact's theme-specific strings are new. You'll complete and proofread the Armenian store yourself.Testing and handover: full checkout in each currency, every form, every Klaviyo flow firing on test orders, mobile and desktop, page speed. Written handover of what changed and where. Who we're looking for Proven experience with premium Shopify stores. Not a first Impact build. You've launched or migrated stores where design quality mattered, ideally on Impact or another Maestrooo theme.Armenian - reading and writing. This is not a nice-to-have. Without it we need a separate proofreader for every string you touch, which doubles the coordination. Eastern Armenian, confident enough to spot a clumsy translation and fix it.Klaviyo and Judge.me hands-on: you know where the app embed lives, why forms disappear after a theme switch, and how to confirm a flow actually fired.ManyChat or other social/DM automation experience is welcome — we run Instagram automations and will be rebuilding them.Judgement. If something on the audit list is a bad idea for this brand, we want to hear it before you build it.English and Armenian for communication; both is ideal. Russian a huge added plus.
