Senior Java Backend Engineer

The Role Drive internal Backend architecture standards and expertise. Enhance software quality by modernising legacy systems. Ensure reliability and performance, identifying and resolving bugs to improve user experience. Mentor junior engineers, sharing best practices and leading by example. Collaborate closely with product and design teams to ensure successful execution of requirements. Communicate clearly and concisely across multiple time zones in a remote setting. What You'll Need Bachelor's Degree. Minimum of 5 years, ideally 7-10+ years, of Java development and backend engineering experience. Expertise in Java and proficiency in at least one additional backend and frontend language. Proven experience in improving legacy codebases and implementing automated testing.
