Position: Senior Java Developer Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Range: 8-10 Years Job Description: Required Skills & Qualifications Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Framework and Spring Boot (2.x).Build, enhance, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices following best practices.Implement event-driven and messaging solutions using MQ and Kafka.Develop data access layers using Hibernate and SQL-based persistence.Work with Oracle databases, including writing efficient SQL queries and optimizing performance.Handle data serialization and exchange using JSON.Ensure application security, scalability, performance, and high availability.This position manages cross‐functional teams, drives program governance through regular status reporting, RAID management, and adherence to PMO frameworks.The Sr. PM/SCM builds strong relationships with business, technology, vendor, and leadership stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, expectation alignment, and timely decision-making.Contribute to job orchestration and workflow processing within the platform.Enhance logging, monitoring, and overall system reliability.
