Full Stack Engineer (B14178C)

Referment is working with an AI software company that builds research tools for private-market investors, consultants and financial institutions. This is a hands-on full-stack role working across product interfaces, backend services and data models used in demanding research workflows. You’ll take features from an open problem through design, build and release, with direct exposure to the people using the product. The work spans established web engineering and newer AI-enabled experiences, so it suits an engineer who cares as much about product judgement and delivery as technical depth. The Role Build and ship end-to-end features across React/Next.js interfaces, TypeScript services and PostgreSQL data layers.Develop products that ingest and structure research inputs, support knowledge discovery and use large language models.Work directly with customers to understand workflows and turn feedback into product decisions.Contribute to system design, engineering standards and the way a growing team delivers software. What We're Looking For At least three years of software engineering experience with evidence of independently shipping production work.Strong TypeScript, Next.js or React, and PostgreSQL skills.Sound foundations in data structures, system design and relational data modelling.A product-minded approach: you can challenge what should be built, not just implement a detailed specification.Clear communication and comfort in a client-facing environment. Experience designing AI-powered products is useful but not essential. This could suit a full-stack or product engineer who enjoys moving between user experience, application logic and data, and wants clear ownership of what reaches customers. #Referment
