Referment is working with an AI software company whose products support high-stakes research by investors, consultants and financial institutions. The team is looking for a senior engineer to own complete product features across user interfaces, backend services and data. You’ll work directly with customers, make product and technical trade-offs, and turn emerging AI capabilities into dependable workflows. The remit combines hands-on delivery with influence over engineering culture as the team grows. The Role Lead features from problem definition through design, implementation and release.Build polished React and Next.js experiences alongside TypeScript services and PostgreSQL models.Create AI-enabled workflows for research ingestion, knowledge graphs, voice interaction and customer relationship data.Use customer conversations to refine priorities and improve shipped products.Contribute to system design, code quality and practical engineering standards. What We're Looking For At least five years of engineering experience with substantial end-to-end product ownership.Strong TypeScript, Next.js or React, and PostgreSQL expertise.Solid foundations in data structures, system design and relational data modelling.The judgement to decide what should be built and the pace to deliver without detailed specifications.Clear communication and enthusiasm for a client-facing role. Experience designing AI-powered products is helpful, but the central requirement is strong product engineering. This could suit a senior full-stack or product engineer who remains deeply hands-on and enjoys solving across the application rather than staying in one layer. #Referment
