About the Role We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join a cross-functional team delivering customer-facing capabilities across our TotalPLM solution. You will partner closely with Product and design teams to turn business requirements into reliable, intuitive features and carry them from technical design through production delivery. This is a hands-on role with meaningful ownership across React and TypeScript user experiences, Java services and APIs, PostgreSQL data changes, and system integrations. AI-native development is part of how we work. We expect engineers to use modern AI coding tools and agentic workflows across design, codebase exploration, implementation, testing, debugging, and review while retaining ownership of technical decisions and quality. What You’ll Do Own customer-facing features from refinement and technical design through implementation, testing, release, and follow-up.Use AI-assisted development and coding agents across codebase exploration, design, implementation, testing, debugging, refactoring, and documentation, while validating generated work and retaining ownership of technical decisions.Build responsive, accessible, and maintainable user experiences using React and TypeScript.Design and implement reliable Java services, business logic, REST APIs, PostgreSQL changes, and system integrations.Define clear API contracts and collaborate across frontend and backend boundaries to deliver complete vertical slices.Diagnose complex behavior and production issues across React, Java services, PostgreSQL, configuration, messaging, search, caches, and integrations, and deliver durable fixes.Modernize legacy components incrementally and safely as part of feature delivery, while improving application performance where needed.Build strong automated test coverage across frontend, backend, integration, and end-to-end workflows.Contribute to CI/CD, observability, and deployment reliability for the features the team owns.Perform code reviews, mentor engineers, and contribute to technical decisions within the team. What You Bring 6+ years of professional software development experience, including substantial hands-on ownership of full-stack features in a SaaS or enterprise environment.Strong experience with React, TypeScript, modern component architecture, state management, data fetching, and frontend testing.Strong Java expertise and experience designing, debugging, testing, and operating production backend applications.Experience designing secure REST APIs and working with contract-driven integrations such as OpenAPI.Strong PostgreSQL and SQL skills, including schema design, query optimization, transaction boundaries, and data troubleshooting.Experience delivering intuitive user experiences for complex business workflows, forms, and data-heavy interfaces.Demonstrated success delivering features in a mature codebase by understanding existing behavior, managing change risk, and modernizing incrementally.Strong automated-testing discipline across frontend and backend code, with experience in integration or database-backed testing.Demonstrated use of modern AI development tools and coding agents in real software delivery, with clear judgment around context, validation, security, maintainability, and when AI is - and is not - the right approach.Strong debugging and systems thinking across frontend, backend, data, infrastructure, and integrations.Experience with Maven, npm-based tooling, Docker, Git workflows, code review, and CI/CD pipelines.Experience with cloud platforms; Azure is preferred, while AWS or GCP experience is also valuable.Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to surface ambiguity, explain trade-offs, collaborate across technical and product disciplines, and provide technical guidance to others. Nice to Have Experience building or integrating AI-powered capabilities into production software, including LLM APIs, structured outputs, retrieval-augmented generation, tool/function calling, evaluation, observability, or similar patterns.Experience modernizing Java runtimes, frontend architectures, build systems, or monolithic enterprise applications.Retail, sourcing, product lifecycle management, supply chain, or logistics domain experience.
