Senior Full Stack Developer (Python & JavaScript)

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to build and support enterprise applications, integrations, and automation solutions that drive business efficiency and digital transformation. The ideal candidate has experience with Palantir and/or ServiceNow, but we are also open to strong Full Stack Developers with Python and JavaScript expertise who are eager to learn enterprise platforms. Client Details We are recruiting for Acrisure, a global fintech and insurance solutions company that is significantly expanding its presence in Poland through a new operational hub in Gdańsk. Located in Olivia Centre, the Gdańsk office will support Acrisure's growing international operations across key functions including Finance & Accounting, FP&A, Compliance, IT, Cybersecurity and HR. Globally, Acrisure operates across 19 countries, employs around 20,000 people and generates approximately $5 billion in annual revenue. Description Design, develop, test, and maintainscalable enterprise applications.Build modern web applications and user-friendly interfaces.Develop backend services, APIs, and integrations with internal and external systems.Work with SQL databases and data-driven solutions.Develop and support workflow automation and business process improvements.Participate in Agile development activities, including planning, code reviews, testing, and deployment.Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Contribute to system integration initiatives across cloud, enterprise, and third-party platforms.Continuously improve application performance, reliability, and user experience.Learn and develop expertise in Palantir and/or ServiceNow platforms. Profile 3+ years of commercial software development experience.Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.Experience developing REST APIs and backend services.Good SQL and database knowledge.Experience integrating applications and working across multiple technology layers.Knowledge or motivation to learn enterprise platforms such as Palantir and ServiceNow.
