The designated candidate for this position will join a collaborative team environment, providing support and expertise necessary toward the successful delivery of the project deliverables, and provide effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting status/progress. Manage Kubernetes Application deployments (strong Kubernetes experience is required)Develop Deployment Pipelines to update containers, deploy infrastructure, and launch applicationsAutomate Linux and Windows Server Administration tasksHelp Maintain AWS EnvironmentsMaintain security standards for multiple Environments including Linux and Windows ServersBachelor's Degree or 6+ years of relavent experience in place of a degreeStrong knowledge of containers and container orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes)Strong Kubernetes experience (Required)Experience with AWS.Minimum 2+ YOE in a DevOps or SysAdmin Role and a desire to grow in the field.Experience with automation tools like Ansible, Chef, Puppet or Systems Manager.Experience with Linux Administration and Shell Scripting or Windows Administration and PowerShell.Experience with CI/CD Pipeline tools such as GitLab, Github, JenkinsExperience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as CloudFormation and TerraformFamiliarity with the Agile Software Development Methodology (Preferred).Experience with Kubernetes (Advanced).Experience with AWS Administration (Advanced).Experience with Linux (Intermediate).Experience with Microsoft Windows Server Administration (Intermediate).Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.Must be able to work independently, with minimal oversight.
