We're looking for an experienced Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to own and shape the infrastructure behind PROBIS. This isn't a role where you execute someone else's blueprint: you'll have real influence over our architecture, our tool choices, and how we run Kubernetes, identity, and observability at scale working directly with our engineering leadership rather than through layers of process. Your mission Your Stack Azure Kubernetes Pulumi (TypeScript) & Terraform Docker Keycloak Cloudflare & Nginx Grafana, Azure Monitor & Mezmo GitOps React & .NET Your Responsibilities Infrastructure & Cloud ArchitectureMaintain and optimize our Azure-hosted Kubernetes clustersImplement and refine Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Pulumi with TypeScript and TerraformDesign robust, scalable cloud architectures aligned with business requirementsEnsure smooth and reliable deployment processes, and implement build/deployment strategies that improve application performance (frontend and backend)Monitor and optimize the performance of our microservices architectureIdentity & Access ManagementDeploy, configure, and maintain Keycloak instances across environmentsImplement federation with external Identity ProvidersConfigure and optimize SAML, OIDC, and OAuth2 authentication flowsManage user federation, role mappings, and client configurationsDesign and maintain custom authentication flows when requiredData Integration & AI ServicesImplement and maintain ETL pipelines for our own and external data warehousesConfigure and optimize text extraction tools for document processingDesign and deploy middleware connectors for external API integrationSupport AI service deployment and integration within our application stackEnsure secure and efficient data flow between systemsSecurityEstablish and maintain our custom identity management systemImplement and enforce security best practices across the infrastructureConfigure and optimize network security with Cloudflare and NginxObservability & ReliabilityEnhance monitoring capabilities using Grafana, Azure Monitor, Mezmo, Lens and other logging/monitoring toolsImplement proactive alerting and incident response protocolsOptimize log management and analysisCollaboration & Technical LeadershipWork closely with out development teamsProvide technical guidance and support to the engineering organizationContribute directly to architectural decisions and technology selection you help set the direction, not just follow it Your profile Must-Have7+ years of experience in DevOps, with a strong focus on Microsoft AzureExtensive hands-on experience building Infrastructure as Code, ideally with Pulumi/TypeScript and/or TerraformStrong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker in production environmentsProven experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelinesStrong understanding of GitOps principles and modern Git workflowsStrong analytical thinking, self-motivated and comfortable working independentlyExcellent communication skills in EnglishNice-to-Have (a strong plus, not a dealbreaker)Hands-on experience with Keycloak or another identity/access management platform, and familiarity with SAML, OIDC, and OAuth2Practical knowledge of microservices architecture and service mesh technologiesExperience with data warehouse ETL processes and middleware integrationFamiliarity with the React ecosystem and modern build tools (e.g. RSPack/RSBuild), or with .NET package optimization and deploymentCuriosity about AI service integration and text extraction toolingAbility to optimize cloud resources for performance and cost-efficiencyMicrosoft Azure certifications (or willingness to obtain them)Also ValuedEither a Master's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent practical experienceFast learner with curiosity about emerging technologiesSolution-oriented approach to challenges Why us?
