How you’ll play your partIn this role, you will be responsible for the administrative support of the Redress Operations team throughout the lifecycle of a redress programme. The role provides daily project and operational support to the programme deliverables ensuring, compliance, governance and attention to detail on all outputs and controls. Main AccountabilitiesAdministrative Support:Deliver high-quality support to the Operations Team in the redress programme.Accurate minute taking/actions from any supplier meetings and follow up all risks and actions.Create templates for approval and distribute to internal stakeholders for sign off via E sign.Responsible for the collation of customer data to enable bulk mail sends.Process mapping of any new or edited processes and distribution for sign off.Conduct testing on systems (MBFS and supplier) to support deployment and update process as required.Create and process purchase orders for approval and smooth payment of supplier invoicing.Ensure all documentation relating to QA/project/process and remediation is versioned and stored appropriately.Carry out project management office activities including maintain RAID log and review cycle.Minute Case Clinics and follow up on all actions.Operational Support & Governance:Contribute to achievement of programme service levels and operational KPIs.Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and customer service.Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process efficiencies and recurring issues.Contribute to programme reporting, management information, and operational insights.Assist in maintaining a consistent supplier experience across all programme interactions.Daily management of the supplier operational queries via the system queue e.g. name changes, case clinic escalations.Team:Support effective communication between internal teams and external suppliers, following up on actions and sign off.Contribute to team objectives and programme delivery milestones.Participate in training, supplier accreditation, knowledge sharing, and process improvement activities. About youFamiliarity with CRM or workflow management systems.Data analysis and reporting experience.Strong stakeholder and customer service skills.Strong organisational and time management skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Problem-solving and analytical capability.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Strong administrative and documentation skills.Competent in Microsoft Office applications.This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail.Understanding of process mapping and version control.
