The Job in short Together with your team you will maintain and extend our mobile product offering. Are you ready to take our mobile apps to the next level? Meet the job Developers all over the world will use your code when developing state-of-the-art mobile apps for the fintech industry. That’s why you will constantly create stunning products with remarkable user experience and taking care of backward compatibility when designing APIs. AI-Enabled iOS Delivery: Actively leverage AI coding assistants, LLM workflows, and automated tooling to accelerate feature development across UI, backend services, and APIs. End-to-End Ownership: Deliver production-ready features for the Backbase Digital Banking, from Swift UIKit components to SwiftUI components, to Framework API/ABI delivery. Modern iOS Engineering: Write clean, testable, and maintainable Swift code utilizing UIKit, SwiftUI and the Backbase Design System. Quality & Performance: Design testable components, run unit/UI/integration test suites, and uphold strict iOS accessibility (a11y), security, and performance standards. Agile Collaboration: Work autonomously within a cross-functional Scrum squad (UX, QA, Product Managers) to ship rapid product increments. How about you You’ve earned your stripes designing and building iOS apps, and at least one can be found on the App Store; Your friends would define you as the “getting things done” type; The Agile philosophy is your lifestyle; Your experience with TDD and unit testing and continuous integration such as Bitrise/Github Actions is a big bonus.
