Senior DevOps Engineer (f/m/x)

Our IT Operations Competence Center brings together over 700 specialists delivering IT services for more than 400,000 users across 3,200 locations worldwide. We are currently looking for a DevOps Engineer to join a strategic project, where you will be responsible for enhancing the reliability, scalability, and automation of cloud-based production environments. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high service availability and operational excellence in a modern cloud ecosystem. Your tasks Ensure the stability, performance, and continuous availability of production environments and business-critical services.Support the adoption of Site Reliability Engineering practices, including observability, incident management, and service reliability metricsDeploy, maintain, and optimize containerized solutions running on Kubernetes-based platformsEnhance and support CI/CD processes to improve software delivery efficiency and reliabilityDrive automation initiatives by developing scripts and tools that reduce manual operational effortWork closely with engineering, testing, and operations teams to identify improvements and resolve technical challengesParticipate in operational support activities, including incident troubleshooting and on-call dutiesCreate and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and post-incident analysis Requirements At least 5 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Production Support, or a related roleHands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and KubernetesGood understanding of cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud PlatformExperience with monitoring, logging, and observability solutions used in large-scale systemsKnowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools used for automated build, test, and deployment processesFamiliarity with GitOps methodologies and related tools such as ArgoCD, FluxCD, or similar solutionsScripting or programming skills in languages such as Python, Bash, Go, or equivalentStrong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solvingAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environmentDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experienceWillingness to work in a hybrid model, with a minimum of 6 days per month from the Kraków officeAdvanced English Job no.
