You will identify and overcome bottlenecks. In this role you are a key player in our growth plan in the Netherlands and France. Your affinity for numbers will enable you to to calculate data driven insights related to our customer demand as well as supply chain capacities. Your excellent communication skills will help you deal with multiple stakeholders across our business efficiently and effectively. By keeping up-to-date with industry trends, you’ll come up with innovative new ideas that improve the way we do demand forecasting and capacity planning. You don’t need any programming and/or coding skills - an affinity for numbers and being open to learn new skills is what counts!Tricks of the tradeForecasting: Be responsible for forecasting customer order demand on a daily, weekly and monthly basis Capacity planning: Oversee the capacity in our delivery (Hubs) and fulfilment centres to ensure we’re able to meet customer expectations daily Stakeholder management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders from multiple areas of the company (Customer team, Fulfilment & last mile operations) Analyse data: Create data driven insights on changing customer behaviourAbout youHBO degree or similar educational background 0-3 years of experience in forecasting, capacity planning or similarYou’re data-driven and have a passion for numbers and modelsYou’re a clear and engaging communicator You’re fluent in English (Fluency in Dutch and/or French is a bonus, but not required) You’re open to learn new skills like: SQL, PythonYou're available to work 1 weekend (Sat+Sun) per 10 weeksPicnic Perks🥗Fresh Lunch, coffee, and snacksOur offices are equipped with fully-fledged coffee bars and a kitchen and chefs.
