Lead Product Engineer (backed leaning) | £100k - £120k | 1/2 days a week onsite 🚀 We’re partnering with a fast-growing SaaS platform that is making big moves in the industry. They are backed by an experienced leadership team from some of Europe’s most successful scale-ups and they’re now looking for a Lead Product Engineer (backend leaning) to help scale a product already used worldwide! ✨ The Role You’ll join a highly collaborative product engineering team, owning features end-to-end across a modern Python, Typescript + React stack while helping shape the future of the platform. Build and ship user-facing features across frontend and backend systemsHelp evolve and maintain a scalable design system and component libraryDrive performance, quality, and developer experience across the productCollaborate closely with Product and Design from early discovery through deliveryWork with modern AI-assisted engineering workflows and tooling 🎨 What They’re Looking For Strong experience with Python and TypeScript/React in production environmentsExperience building scalable design systems or reusable component librariesSolid understanding of modern web architecture, browser behaviour, and performanceExperience working in fast-moving product teams with strong ownership mentality ☀️ Salary, Location & Setup Up to £100k - £120kVery flexible hybrid working setup, 1-2 days a week onsite a weekStrong benefits package including healthcare, pension, learning budget, and generous annual leave If you’d be interested in hearing more please apply with your CV!
