Job Responsibilities Serve as a module Owner, responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of backend feature modules for the wealth management business, using GolangIndependently complete technical solution design for business requirements, participate in system architecture discussions, and tackle complex tasks with guidance.Responsible for MySQL database schema design, SQL writing, and performance optimization to ensure system stability and data consistency.Proficiently use middleware such as Redis and Kafka for cache strategy development and asynchronous message processing to improve system performance and user experience.Participate in system monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting to help maintain production service stability.Write high-quality technical documentation, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with the team to drive engineering quality improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above (full-time) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field3 years or above of backend development experienceSolid CS fundamentals (data structures & algorithms, operating systems, computer networks)Proficient in at least one of: Golang, C++, Java, or RustFamiliar with MySQL (index optimization, transaction isolation, slow query analysis); familiar with Redis cache design and common pitfallsFamiliar with message queues (Kafka / RocketMQ); understanding of RPC frameworks (gRPC / Thrift) and microservice governanceFamiliar with Linux operations and troubleshootingProficient with Git; understanding of CI/CD workflows Nice to Have: Experience in finance / wealth management business developmentDistributed systems design experienceBlockchain-related project development experienceProficient with AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude / ChatGPTPersonal tech blog, GitHub open-source projects, or community contributionsOverseas study or work experience is a plusStrong professional knowledge with proactive communication and clear articulationFast learner, able to quickly understand project requirementsStrong sense of responsibility and excellent teamwork spirit Why Join Us At Bybit, we are committed to fostering a supportive and enriching work environment.
