Industry: banking Work model: hybrid in Gdańsk (3 days x week from the office) Project length: 12 months + possible extensions Project language: English / Polish Assignment type: B2B  Rate: up to 160 PLN/h + VAT Start: ASAP The Senior IT Developer role primarily aims to contribute to the agile development team by delivering high-quality software solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance and participating in community activities. Main Responsibilities: Acting as a key member in one of our agile teams.Coding robust, well-tested, clean solutions using the latest tools and technology.Mainly working in technologies that you master, while also stepping up in different technology areas to help the team deliver on commitments.Collaborating with business to drive the best solutions for regulatory needs, leveraging your engineering input.Participating in technology communities, including dev days, innovation sprints, and daily meetings. Key Requirements: Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.4-5 years’ experience as a Java developer.Proficiency in Java, Gradle, Spring Boot, Spring Integration.Experience with Oracle and Kafka.Experience in developing and improving CI/CD pipelines.Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.Fluency in English.Experience consuming data from API services.Understanding of how to define and design comprehensive tests. Nice to Have: Linux, including scripting skills such as Bash.Understanding of public/private key encryption, key generation, and certificate management, including SSL/TLS.
