Senior IT Application Developer

Job Description Develop, maintain, and enhance in-house applications and interfaces integrated with ERP, Data Warehouse, and other business systems. Gather requirements from business users and translate them into new tools, applications, and features. Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve existing applications. Create documentation and deliver training to ensure effective adoption of developed solutions. Drive application efficiency, user satisfaction, and compliance with HSE standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science with 5+ years of software development experience. Strong full-stack web development skills using PHP (Laravel), Python (Flask), JavaScript/TypeScript (React), SQL, and Git. Experience with Azure and Docker; knowledge of C#/.NET, Apache, MS SQL Server, and Azure DevOps is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently, manage projects end-to-end, and collaborate across teams. Fluent English; experience in large international organizations, engineering/energy industries, Requirements Engineering, and German language skills are a plus.
