Senior Cloud Engineer - Kubernetes - Relocation to Strasbourg

For an international organization in Strasbourg, France, we are urgently looking for an experienced Senior Cloud Engineer with strong expertise in CI/CD, Kubernetes, container orchestration and cloud infrastructure. You will design and support automated deployment pipelines and modern infrastructure environments using technologies including GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Maven, SonarQube, Kubernetes, Helm and Service Mesh. Candidates must be based in Strasbourg or willing to relocate to Strasbourg. Candidates must be fluent in English and meet the required EU Security Clearance eligibility criteria. Tasks and Responsibilities Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Maven and SonarQube;Support application deployments across environments using Kubernetes, OpenShift and Red Hat technologies;Configure and support Service Mesh technologies for secure microservices communication;Manage deployments and builds within on-premise VMware environments;Contribute to infrastructure, CI/CD and deployment architecture and provide technical recommendations;Support applications after deployment, including troubleshooting, monitoring and optimization;Assess and optimize infrastructure, operations and service delivery;Support the implementation of new infrastructure and cloud technologies. Profile Bachelor's or university degree;10+ years of relevant industry, technical consulting or business consulting experience;Strong experience with CI/CD for Java applications using Maven, GitHub Actions, Jenkins and SonarQube;Advanced experience with Kubernetes, Service Mesh and Helm;Strong experience with artifact repositories such as Artifactory and Nexus;Experience with cloud infrastructure and cloud platforms;Experience working in Agile software development environments;Knowledge of infrastructure security best practices and tools;Strong interest in infrastructure technologies and continuous learning;Fluent English, both written and spoken. Nice to Have Java, Maven and Spring Boot development experience;Experience with Red Hat OpenShift;Experience with Microsoft Azure;Experience with GitHub Actions;Knowledge of data networking, including protocols, architecture, security and business continuity.
