Working closely with Innovation, Business Development, Sales, and international teams, you will transform market insights and strategic objectives into innovative product solutions. Your Responsibilities Take technical responsibility for the global MENSHEN standard product portfolio and its continuous developmentTranslate innovation and portfolio strategies into product development and optimization projects throughout the entire product lifecycleAnalyze market, technology, and packaging trends and identify new materials, manufacturing processes, and product opportunitiesDevelop new standard products, product variants, functional features, and technologies with a focus on customer value, quality, sustainability, manufacturability, and cost efficiencyCreate and maintain product and design standardsDevelop innovative product concepts and design studiesCollaborate closely with Engineering, Tooling, Production, Purchasing, and Quality teams to ensure successful industrialization of new productsAct as a technical contact for international business units, sales teams, and production sites worldwideSupport global standardization and harmonization initiatives across the MENSHEN Group What You Bring Degree in Plastics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Product Development, or a comparable technical fieldSeveral years of experience in product development, design engineering, or technical product management, ideally within the plastics or packaging industryStrong expertise in injection molding technologies as well as product and/or tool designGood knowledge of polyolefin materials (PP, PE) and experience working with CAD systems, preferably SolidWorks including PDMExperience with structured product development processes such as Stage-Gate or ScrumIndependent, structured, and solution-oriented working style combined with excellent communication and teamwork skillsVery good English skills, both written and spoken; German and/or Spanish language skills are a plusWillingness to travel internationally on occasion to customers, suppliers, and other MENSHEN locations What We Offer Short decision-making processes, open communication, and a collaborative working environmentAttractive compensation and benefits package aligned with our company collective agreementCompany bike leasing programCorporate fitness opportunities through machtfitFuel discounts at Roth service stations Ready to shape the future of our global product portfolio?
