Technical Product Manager

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role • Own the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for how customers interact with AI agents across Web, Desktop, and Mobile experiences. • Drive data-informed product decisions through experimentation and analysis, prioritizing complex deliverables and managing technical trade-offs. • Define a unified experience framework, including interaction patterns and design systems, for a cohesive, high-quality experience across all platforms. • Oversee cross-platform orchestration, ensuring seamless context continuity and transitions between devices. • Lead the customer adoption journey from onboarding to power-user engagement, aiming for habitual daily use. • Drive cross-functional execution with Engineering, UX Design, Applied Science, and GTM teams to ship world-class products. What You'll Need • 7+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager. • 5+ years of technical experience in software development, network development, or IT. • Proven experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS, or LaaS products through the full product lifecycle. • Experience designing adaptive systems that vary behavior by device, context, or user state. • Track record of decomposing ambiguous problems into structured frameworks. • Comfort with probabilistic/LLM-based systems and reasoning about their capabilities and failure modes.
