Design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive user interfaces, ensuring a consistent and intuitive experience across applications.Enhance, update, and maintain applications as required by business and technology stakeholders, including testing and testing support of the changes as required.Develop and maintain back-end services and APIs in Java, ensuring smooth integration with front-end components and underlying databases (SQL, preferably Oracle).Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design through development, testing, deployment, and support.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following established code management and version control practices.Contribute to code reviews, ensuring code quality, performance, and adherence to development standards.Provide 3rd level support for all software created, investigating and resolving production incidents in a timely manner.Cooperate with analysts, testers, business users, and management to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects and changes.Support change and release management processes, ensuring changes are properly documented, tested, and deployed.Contribute to the continuous improvement of UI components, tools, and development practices, including exploring opportunities to leverage AI in the development workflow.Participate in troubleshooting and performance tuning of applications across the full stack, from UI to database. How do we imagine our future UI Full Stack Java Developer (User Interface Expert) ? Proven consulting or professional experience as a Full Stack Java Developer, with a strong focus on UI development.Profound knowledge of Java, Python, and SQL, preferably on Oracle, mandatory.Solid experience designing, maintaining, or creating modern, responsive UIs.Proven background in code management practices, including version control and collaborative development workflows.Past experience with IT processes such as change and release management.Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle, from analysis to deployment and support.Good communication skills, especially in English, mandatory; French or German is an added value.Basic understanding of Fund Administration and/or Transfer Agency business.Knowledge of the banking/financial sector is considered an advantage.Knowledge of Payment Processes/Applications is a very strong advantage.Basic AI skills, with an interest in applying AI tools within the development workflow.Detail-oriented, autonomous, and comfortable working directly with business and technology stakeholders in a consulting capacity.
