Backend Developer (C# / .NET Core)

Required Technical SkillsStrong proficiency in C# and modern .NET, preferably .NET 6 or later.Hands-on experience developing RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core Web API or Minimal APIs.Good understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, dependency injection, and clean code practices.Experience using Entity Framework Core or another ORM.Strong knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MySQL.Experience with database design, SQL queries, indexes, relationships, and transactions.Experience implementing API validation, exception handling, authentication, and authorization.Experience writing unit tests or integration tests for backend services.Familiarity with Git-based development and code review.Basic experience with Docker and Linux-based deployment environments.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Redis or another caching technology.Experience with RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, Kafka, or another message broker.Experience with SignalR or another real-time communication technology.Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or another cloud platform.Experience with CI/CD pipelines.Exposure to microservices, modular architecture, background jobs, or event-driven systems.Experience with logistics, supply-chain, purchase-order, customs, document-processing, or enterprise workflow systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain backend APIs and services using C# and .NET.Translate business requirements into backend processes, APIs, and database structures.Integrate backend services with frontend applications and third-party systems.Implement authentication, authorization, validation, logging, and error handling.Develop and optimize database queries, transactions, and data-processing workflows.Write automated tests and support regression testing.Investigate and resolve defects, performance issues, and production incidents.Participate in code reviews and contribute to backend development standards.Support application deployment, monitoring, and technical documentation.Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, project managers, and other stakeholders.Working RequirementsAble to explain technical decisions and identify the root cause of backend issues.Able to understand business workflows and translate them into technical solutions.Able to communicate development risks, blockers, and dependencies clearly.
