YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You act as the central point of contact between Finance, Tax, Legal, and Tech, ensuring seamless collaboration across all stakeholdersYou lead projects end-to-end — from requirement engineering through to go-live — covering invoicing systems, ERP solutions, and customer-facing or in-house softwareYou handle tax and accounting consultations and assess the impact of project decisions on finance and compliance processesYou ensure compliance with regulatory and tax standards and take responsibility for approvals prior to implementationYou maintain structured documentation across all relevant repositories and support the upkeep of existing solutionsYou manage ad-hoc requests including product changes, quality assurance, and compliance topicsYOUR SKILLS MATTER Education: You hold a completed vocational training or a Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related fieldExperience: You bring 4+ years in project management or business analysis within a finance, tax, or ERP transformation environmentExpertise: You have a solid understanding of accounting and tax regulations as well as proven experience in requirement engineeringCollaboration: You have a strong track record of coordinating cross-functional teams, including tech, business, legal, and tax stakeholdersTools/Systems: You are familiar with invoicing systems such as SAP, e-invoicing standards, and regulatory compliance frameworksCommunication: You bring strong stakeholder management and moderation skills, and you are fluent in English — German is a plusWHAT WE OFFER Extra benefits Enjoy discounts on SIXT rent, share, ride and SIXT+, attractive vehicle leasing offers, and exclusive deals with partners for travel, tech, fashion and moreAI at your fingertips From day one, you'll have access to Claude by Anthropic and SIXTgpt, SIXT's own AI platform, to supercharge your work.
