About The Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer (m/w/d) to join our dynamic team at the Mönchengladbach location. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions that deliver tangible value to our business processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including project management, IT, and business stakeholders, to translate complex requirements into effective digital solutions. Your expertise will help optimize and automate workflows, enhance system integrations, and improve user experiences across our Salesforce platform. Qualifications A successfully completed university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification.Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Salesforce development and configuration.Salesforce certifications such as "Platform Developer I" and "Platform App Builder".Strong technical expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex programming, Salesforce Flows, and data modeling.Experience with system integrations, particularly REST APIs, and familiarity with Salesforce CLI and Git-based development workflows.Practical knowledge of Python scripting is a plus.Excellent communication skills in German and English, with the legal right to work within the EU.A collaborative mindset with strong teamwork skills and a user-centric, design-oriented approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions utilizing Lightning Web Components, Apex, and other Salesforce technologies based on user stories and business requirements.Transform manual processes into efficient digital workflows by implementing low-code automation solutions such as Salesforce Flows.Configure the Salesforce platform, including data models, user interfaces, roles, and permissions, to ensure optimal system performance and security.Develop and maintain integrations with external systems through REST APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange and process automation.Implement event-driven processes using Salesforce Platform Events to enable real-time data processing and system responsiveness.Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and fellow developers, utilizing modern development tools like Salesforce CLI, Git, and Visual Studio Code to ensure best practices and high-quality deliverables.Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to maintain a robust and maintainable Salesforce environment.
