We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to build, maintain, and optimize the infrastructure that powers our AdTech platform.
The role is responsible for ensuring system reliability, scalability, security, and deployment efficiency across our cloud-based advertising systems and data pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure and production environments for AdTech applications and services.Build and improve CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and reliable software releases.Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity; proactively troubleshoot incidents and optimize infrastructure.Manage containerized environments using technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Infrastructure-as-Code tools.Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to support advertising platforms, APIs, and data-processing workloads.Implement security best practices, backup strategies, disaster recovery, and access controls.Maintain documentation for infrastructure, deployment procedures, and operational standards.This role can be based in Shenzhen
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3+ years of DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering experience.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.Strong knowledge of Linux systems, networking, and system administration.Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins/GitLab CI/GitHub Actions, or similar tools.Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.Understanding of security, scalability, and high-availability architecture principles.Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting high-traffic web platforms, advertising systems, or real-time data pipelines.Knowledge of Kafka, Redis, MySQL/PostgreSQL, or ClickHouse.
Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or other Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
Exposure to AdTech, MarTech, DSP/SSP, or programmatic advertising environments is a plus.
