The shape of the work Models write all of the code we ship. That makes judgment the scarce thing: deciding what to build, knowing when an agent's output is reliable enough to put in front of a user, spotting the clever solution that won’t work in production, and shipping the version that creates value for the end customer. You'll design, build and operate AI-powered products end-to-end. APIs, data models, agent workflows, evals, and the UI. You'll own product surface rather than tickets, sit with the people who use the software, and take ownership over your decisions. What you'll doDrive AI coding agents hard, review what they give you, own what you merge.Implement tool calling, planning and eval harnesses that keep agents reliable.Integrate third-party systems: CRMs, portals, telephony, payments, document stores.Ship observable code: logging, tracing, feature flags, tests, CI/CD.Work with domain experts to turn user stories into deliverables and measurable outcomes. Our teams ship more code in a week than a traditional firm does in a year, so be prepared to keep up. You'd work alongside our lead engineer and tech lead rather than above them, and you're on the tools, guiding agents to writing code.
