Senior Web Developer — K Club Group

We’re looking for an experienced and technically strong Senior Web Developer to join our growing team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership of web development projects from concept to deployment, while ensuring that every solution is scalable, secure, high-performing, and aligned with our brand values. You’ll work closely with the Owner Representative and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize web solutions that support our hospitality, property, and digital services. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development, maintenance, and optimization of responsive websites and web applicationsDesign and implement scalable, maintainable, and secure front-end and back-end solutionsWrite clean, efficient, and well-documented code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend technologies such as PHP, Python, or Node.jsDevelop and integrate third-party APIs, booking systems, CRM platforms, payment gateways, and other digital toolsDefine and maintain web architecture, development standards, and best practicesConduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to other developers when requiredOptimize website performance, scalability, SEO/AEO, accessibility, and mobile responsivenessEnsure cross-browser compatibility and a consistent user experience across devicesMonitor website security, identify vulnerabilities, and implement appropriate security measuresTroubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective long-term solutionsCollaborate with design, marketing, operations, and other teams to translate business requirements into effective digital solutionsStay updated with emerging web technologies, development trends, and industry best practices QualificationsProven experience as a Senior Web Developer or in a similar senior-level web development roleStrong experience in both front-end and back-end developmentProficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one backend language such as PHP, Python, or Node.jsStrong understanding of databases, APIs, web architecture, and version control systems such as GitExperience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or similar systemsStrong understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and web accessibilityExperience with website performance optimization, SEO, and AEO best practicesStrong knowledge of web security principles and best practicesAbility to independently manage projects and take ownership of technical solutionsStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsPortfolio, GitHub, or examples of previous web projects are highly encouragedBonus: Experience in hospitality technology, property platforms, e-commerce, booking systems, or CRM integrationsBonus: Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to junior developers What We OfferA collaborative and inclusive work cultureOpportunities to take ownership of meaningful digital projectsProfessional growth and opportunities to expand your technical expertiseCreative input in shaping our digital platforms and experiencesCompetitive compensation based on experience and qualificationsThe opportunity to build and improve digital solutions across hospitality, property, and other business sectors
