We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and optimize scalable cloud platforms that support critical business operations while improving reliability, security, and deployment efficiency. In this role, you will lead infrastructure automation initiatives, enhance system observability, and support high-availability environments. Working closely with software engineering, data, and operations teams, you will champion Infrastructure as Code, cloud-native technologies, and automation strategies that improve performance, scalability, and operational resilience. Key Responsibilities Cloud Infrastructure Engineering Design, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure environments.Architect solutions that support business growth, performance requirements, and operational continuity.Ensure infrastructure follows security, governance, and reliability best practices.CI/CD & Automation Build, maintain, and optimize Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.Automate deployment processes to improve release quality, consistency, and delivery speed.Drive adoption of DevOps best practices across development and operations teams.Infrastructure as Code & Configuration Management Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to automate provisioning and configuration management.Standardize infrastructure deployments through reusable templates and automation frameworks.Promote consistency and scalability across environments through automated infrastructure management.Monitoring, Observability & Reliability Implement and enhance monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability platforms.Develop proactive monitoring strategies that improve visibility into system health and performance.Support Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to improve platform stability and availability.Security & Compliance Strengthen cloud, container, and infrastructure security through industry best practices.Implement security controls, access management, vulnerability remediation, and compliance requirements.Collaborate with security teams to ensure robust protection of systems and data.Incident Management & Problem Resolution Investigate and resolve production issues across infrastructure and platform environments.Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions.Participate in incident response activities and continuous improvement efforts.Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with software engineers, data teams, operations teams, and business stakeholders to improve platform performance and reliability.Provide technical leadership and guidance on infrastructure, automation, and cloud architecture decisions.Support modernization initiatives and cloud transformation projects.Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve deployment speed, operational efficiency, scalability, and system resilience.Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that enhance platform capabilities.Drive automation initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve operational effectiveness. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.5 to 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.Hands-on experience managing production workloads in cloud environments.Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.Experience designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines using modern automation tools.Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and configuration management principles.Experience with containerization and container orchestration technologies.Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar languages.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
