Blair Health is closing the specialist gap in women’s healthcare by making expert menopause and midlife care instantly accessible using AI-driven clinical intelligence.
We’re hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to join us on the ground in Canada, someone who can ship quickly, work across the stack, and help build a category-defining women’s health platform.
What You’ll Do
• Build and ship end-to-end product features across patient, provider, and operational workflows
• Work across our stack: React/TypeScript, Tailwind, Node/Python, Supabase/Postgres
• Develop scalable APIs, microservices, and internal tools
• Contribute to our AI/LLM-driven clinical intelligence features (with support from our ML team)
• Ensure performance, reliability, and security as we scale across Canada and the U.S.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and clinical teams to translate real clinical workflows into software
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions
• Help evolve our DevOps, QA, and engineering best practices as we grow
• Operate in a fast-moving startup environment with high ownership and autonomy

Experience We’re Looking For
• 3–5+ years full-stack engineering experience (startup experience a strong plus)
• Strong React/TypeScript skills
• Experience with Node.js or Python

• Comfort building production systems with real users
• Bonus: experience or interest in ML/LLM systems, embeddings, or applied AI
