This broad product offering makes it a one-stop partner for online businesses and entrepreneurs across Europe.Role:We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to become the key finance partner for our Italian brands. In this role, you will help ensure the financial health, compliance, and operational efficiency of our business in Italy, working closely with local and international stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys ownership, thrives in an international environment, and wants to contribute to the growth and continuous improvement of a fast-paced organization.Key Responsibilities:Overseeing and ensuring the accuracy of the full accounting cycle, including invoice posting, payments processing, and reconciliationsPosting Italian passive invoices and reviewing the registration of foreign passive invoicesSupporting month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timelinessTax compliance duties, including VAT returns, tax filings, and liaising with external consultants and tax advisorsManaging treasury activities, including cash flow monitoring, bank account management, and payments executionSupporting budgeting and forecasting processes by providing reliable financial data and insightsSupporting group-wide projects and initiatives (e.g. ERP system, new tools)Collaborating across functions and countries within the group on finance-related mattersSkills & Qualifications:Prior experience working with Italian companiesStrong technical Excel skillsProficient in English2+ years of experience in similar rolesNice to have:Experience with Oracle NetSuiteProficiency in AI tools applied to finance and accounting workflowsProficient in Italian"Come as you are"Everyone is welcome here.
