🚀 Full Stack Engineer (Backend / Data / AI) | Python / FastAPI | Up to €60k + Equity | Rotterdam AI-powered products shipped straight into production, previously exited founders, and real ownership over what you build. This Rotterdam-based company is led by founders who have built and exited before, and they know exactly what it takes to scale a product. This is a key engineering hire, and you'll have a genuine say in how the product evolves. Despite the title, the role currently leans backend, data and AI. You'll own significant parts of the product end-to-end, from improving extraction pipelines and models through to data engineering and shipping production features, with frontend work when needed. The biggest sell is the ownership. There's no waiting for tickets or working on a tiny slice of someone else's roadmap. You'll pick up real problems, solve them properly and see the impact straight away. The engineering culture is AI-native. Developers actively use LLMs throughout their workflow to move fast, but strong engineering fundamentals are what make it work. They're looking for someone with a strong Computer Science or software engineering background, solid Python and FastAPI experience in production, and the appetite to work across different areas rather than specialise. Experience with AI engineering, machine learning, data engineering, agent harnesses, TypeScript or SQL is a big plus. It's a high-trust, high-ownership environment where flexibility comes as standard and holiday isn't closely monitored.
