Custom Software Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members to ensure project milestones are met. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and product quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in React.js. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS S3 (Simple Storage Service), AWS DynamoDB, AWS Lambda. - Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management in modern web applications. - Experience with front-end performance optimization and responsive design techniques. - Familiarity with integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services within React.js applications. - Knowledge of testing frameworks and best practices to ensure code reliability and maintainability.
