Role description: UI Engineer – Component Libraries Location: Warsaw (Hybrid) The Role Join our core platform team to build, scale, and maintain a firm-wide React component library. You will ship production UI code, ensure WCAG compliance, and pioneer AI-driven workflows (Claude Code) to accelerate frontend development. What You'll Do Build and maintain reusable UI components, theming layers, and build tooling.Collaborate with design teams to enforce design system consistency, accessibility (WCAG), and performance.Develop and optimize AI-agent skills and workflows to automate UI development. What We're Looking For Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and CSS-in-JS/Sass.Proven track record building enterprise design systems or shared component libraries.Solid grasp of web accessibility (WCAG) and UI testing (RTL, Cypress).Practical experience using agentic coding CLIs (Claude Code or similar) on large codebases.
