Supplier Quality Engineer

Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) – Automotive Join our Quality team in a fast-growing eMobility environment. In this role, you will be responsible for supplier component quality in global automotive projects (including OEMs), with a real impact on quality performance and supply chain development. Job Purpose Ensure supplier quality performance by driving effective problem resolution, continuous improvement, and robust supplier development processes. Act as a key interface between suppliers and internal stakeholders to secure high-quality standards and support smooth product launches. 🔹 Your Responsibilities Manage supplier quality (Supplier Quality Assurance – SQA) in automotive projectsAnalyze and solve quality issues using 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa methodologiesCoordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) at suppliersConduct supplier auditsEvaluate and develop suppliers (Supplier Development)Collaborate with Purchasing, Engineering, Production, and global suppliersSupport new product launches (APQP, PPAP, component implementation)Manage supplier changes (Supplier Change Management)Monitor quality KPIs (PPM, complaints, KPIs) 🔹Our Requirements Must-have Technical degree (preferred electronics, mechanics, mechatronics)Minimum 2 years of experience asSupplier Quality Engineer / SQE / SQA, orin supplier or production quality within automotiveKnowledge of quality tools 8D, 5 Why, IshikawaFamiliarity with standards IATF 16949, ISO 9001Experience working with suppliers and solving quality issuesKnowledge of APQP, PPAP processesEnglish at a communicative level (min.
