Senior .NET Full Stack Developer

Job Title: Senior .NET Full Stack Developer Location: Hilliard, OH (Onsite – Hybrid) Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with 10+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET technologies and React.js. The ideal candidate will possess expertise across frontend, backend, cloud, and modern application architecture and be capable of leading technical discussions and mentoring development teams. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using .NET and React.Build scalable REST APIs, microservices, and backend services using .NET Core/.NET 8.Develop responsive, accessible, and high-performing user interfaces using React.js.Collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, QA, and DevOps teams.Translate business requirements into technical solutions and system designs.Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.Optimize application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.Participate in sprint planning, estimations, backlog refinement, and technical discussions.Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to the team.Support CI/CD implementation and cloud deployments.Required Skills Backend Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, .NET 6/7/8.Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.Entity Framework and Entity Framework Core.LINQ and asynchronous programming.Authentication and authorization using OAuth, JWT, and Azure AD.Frontend Strong hands-on experience with React.js.JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and Material UI.Redux and Context API.Responsive and cross-browser development.Database SQL Server.Writing optimized queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.Experience with NoSQL databases is a plus.Cloud & DevOps Azure Services including App Services, Functions, Storage, and Key Vault.Azure DevOps and GitHub.CI/CD pipeline implementation.Docker and Kubernetes exposure preferred.Tools & Practices Git, SonarQube, and Postman.Agile/Scrum methodology.Unit Testing using xUnit, NUnit, or Jest.Design Patterns and SOLID Principles.Preferred Skills Experience with NoSQL databases.Docker and Kubernetes exposure.Experience in large-scale digital transformation projects.Experience working with global and distributed teams.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to independently drive technical solutions and delivery.Experience working within enterprise application environments.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
