As a part of Google Labs, the agile startup incubator within Google, you will help build breakout AI-first products such as NotebookLM, AI Studio, and Flow. Your mission is to make creative expression and productivity radically more accessible, intuitive, and playful. In this role within Google Flow, Labs’ flagship creative suite within Generative Media, you will help put frontier generative video and image models such as Veo and Imagen directly into the hands of filmmakers, visual artists, and digital storytellers. You will build a high-performance web environment that bridges the gap between state-of-the-art machine intelligence and professional creative workflows.Labs is a group focused on incubating early-stage efforts in support of Google’s mission to organize the world’s information and make it universally accessible and useful. Write product or system development code using TypeScript and modern web frameworks to ship responsive, user-facing generative media creation features.Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and cross-functional stakeholders to decide amongst available client-side architectures and front-end technologies.Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt technical guides based on product updates, architectural standards, and user feedback.Triage product or system issues and debug, track, and resolve defects by analyzing sources impacting client performance, network operations, and service quality.
