Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, reliable, and high-performance software applications.
Own engineering projects end-to-end, from requirements and technical design through implementation, deployment, and production support.
Develop well-structured, maintainable, and testable code following software engineering best practices.
Design and implement APIs, backend services, distributed systems, databases, and other core application components.
Participate in architecture and system-design discussions and contribute to long-term technical decisions.
Identify performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability issues and implement effective solutions.
Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and other engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Participate in code reviews and help maintain high standards for engineering quality.
Build automated tests and monitoring to ensure reliability and production readiness.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Contribute to engineering documentation, technical specifications, and development processes.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and contribute to a strong engineering culture.
Must-Have Skills
5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Python, Go, C++, TypeScript, or similar.
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and software architecture.
Experience designing and developing scalable production systems.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, databases, distributed systems, and software development best practices.
