QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Math, Statistics or a related field.1-2 years in a business-facing analytical role such as business analysis, operations or planning analytics, ideally in logistics, e-commerce, marketplaces or the gig economy.Strong business acumen: you understand what drives demand and supply in an operational business and can connect an analysis to a concrete decision or outcome.Experience building or maintaining forecasts (demand, supply, capacity or financial), including tracking accuracy and explaining variance in plain language.Comfortable working with data and using SQL and Excel/Google Sheets to investigate problems, identify trends, and support business decisions.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.Proactive, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability, comfortable taking a problem from definition to analysis to recommendation.Additional InformationAt Glovo, your success is defined by both results and behaviors.
