Role Description
This is a full-time/ part-time remote role for a Senior Rust Developer at Leino.
The Senior Rust Developer will design, implement, and maintain robust, high-performance services and applications using Rust, with a focus on reliability, security, and scalability.
Responsibilities include writing clean, testable code, conducting code reviews, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, DevOps, and QA.
The role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshooting production issues, and contributing to architectural decisions and technical documentation.
The Senior Rust Developer will also mentor other engineers, promote best practices, and help refine development processes in distributed teams.
Qualifications
