🚀 Senior DevOps Engineer – AWS & Kubernetes (m/f/d) 📍 Munich, Germany We're partnering with an established technology organisation in Munich looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to help design, scale and optimise its cloud infrastructure. This is a hands-on role working across AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform and CI/CD, with significant ownership over infrastructure architecture, automation and platform reliability. You'll work closely with software engineering teams while helping shape DevOps standards, technical decisions and the future direction of the cloud environment. 💻 What You'll Be Doing Design, build and continuously improve cloud infrastructure on AWSManage and scale Kubernetes-based environmentsDevelop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and HelmBuild and optimise CI/CD pipelines using GitHub ActionsAutomate deployment and infrastructure workflowsWork closely with software engineers on architecture and infrastructure decisionsImprove platform reliability, scalability and performanceDevelop logging, monitoring and tracing capabilitiesDrive DevOps and infrastructure engineering best practicesEvaluate new technologies and AI-assisted engineering tools ✅ What We're Looking For Several years of commercial DevOps, Cloud or Platform Engineering experienceStrong hands-on experience with AWSStrong experience with Kubernetes, Terraform and DockerExperience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelinesStrong Infrastructure as Code and automation knowledgeExperience with modern cloud and distributed system architecturesGood understanding of infrastructure security, reliability and performanceComfortable taking ownership of technical and architectural decisionsGerman language skills at B2 level or above ⭐ Nice to Have Experience with HelmExperience with GitHub ActionsExperience with Datadog or PrometheusExperience with AWS services including EKS, ECR, EC2, S3, RDS and LambdaExperience with RabbitMQ or RedisExperience using AI tools or coding agents within engineering workflows 🎁 What's On Offer Significant ownership of cloud infrastructure and architectureInfluence technical and infrastructure decisionsHands-on role with scope to introduce new technologiesProfessional development and training opportunitiesFlexible working hoursModern engineering environmentCollaborative team with a strong focus on automation and technical quality ✉️ Due to the volume of applications, we may not be able to respond to everyone individually.
